Turmeric Root

Lemon Balm
A calming nervine that gently supports the nervous system and stress response. Lemon balm helps ease tension and brings balance to the stronger, more stimulating roots in the blend while adding a soft citrus herbal note.

Each bag contains 1 oz of loose leaf herbal tea.

Using 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup → approximately 15–18 cups per bag
Using 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup → approximately 5–6 cups per bag

✦ HOW TO BREW

Bring fresh water to a boil (212°F).
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 oz of water.
Steep for 7–10 minutes for maximum potency.
Strain and enjoy. A small amount of black pepper can be added to enhance turmeric absorption.
