This blend includes cleavers, red clover blossoms, calendula, and lemon balm—herbs traditionally used in herbal wellness practices to support lymph flow, skin clarity, and gentle detoxification support. Each bag contains 1 oz of loose leaf herbal tea.
Using 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup → approximately 15–18 cups per bag
Using 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup → approximately 5–6 cups per bag
✦ HOW TO BREW
Bring fresh water to a boil (212°F).
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 oz of water.
Steep for 7–10 minutes for maximum potency.
Strain and enjoy. Drink warm or cooled as part of your daily wellness routine.
